2010 Team Placements
Team/Field Commitment packets containing hard copies of forms and documents needed for the 2010 league spring outdoor season have been mailed to club presidents. Please contact the CDYSL Office if you do not receive your packet . Copies of all forms sent as well as links to additional references are also accessible from the following direct link to the CDYSL website: http://cdysl.org/placements_forms.asp All team forms are due Friday January 22 at the CDYSL office.
