Registration Procedures, Policies, and Forms
Players, Coaches and Team Managers are not covered under league insurance until Club Registrars officially register teams with CDYSL. This is accomplished by the submission
of explicit types of information to the CDYSL Office. Club
Registrars are trained to follow league, Eastern
New York Youth Soccer Association and
US Youth Soccer rules.
CDYSL registers players, teams and coaches both for indoor and outdoor play under the US Youth Soccer umbrella.
