• U12 Boys and U12 Girls, your referee fees for the games is $67.00 for 1 referee - both teams pay 1/2 of the total fee
• Please remember your Match Day Card, use the QR code (Pin 2026) to report your scores within 24 hours of the match.  If you need assistance with this, please stop and see us or email cdysloffice@cdysl.org
• Any issues or emergencies at the field, see a CDYSL representative at the red top canopy each Sunday (AED located here)
• In the event of a weather related closure, all coaches/managers/administrations will be emailed by Sunday, 10:00am from GotSport and it will be posted on the website homepage.

Managing the Age Group Formation Change in GotSport: What Clubs & Teams Need to Know

All individuals SafeSport requirements expire on July 1 of every year!  The date you took it the first time does not matter, it must be completed again on or after July 1.

If you take it in June, it will not be valid after July 1

Please complete all coaching/manager/administrative requirements through your GotSport Accounts.

• Your club must invite you to accept a role in the cub. 
• Once you have accepted the role,
• click on the dashboard and scroll down to requirements.
• Click the details next to the requirements and follow the directions from there.

Do NOT visit US Learning Center directly - you MUST go through GotSport to complete

How to complete Risk Management/Background Checks:

There is no risk management “link” as in the past. You can no longer click a link and create an account for yourself.
All volunteers must be submitted through their club through the GotSport system. Contact your local club for instructions.
