Club Pass Player NOT showing or Player on your roster
Reasons Club Pass Players are NOT showing for you to choose
(error message will be No user found in club)
1. The spelling of the name is not exact
2. You accidently added a space at the end of the name
3. Wrong birthday
4. Do Not put ( ' ) in the name when searching- leave a space
5. Player is not age eligible for the team asking
Primary Player not showing on your roster
1. No Birth Certificate or proper picture uploaded for verification ( all teams were notified and CDYSL is up to date)
2. Club Registrar did not go back into Roster Builder and click Refresh or Purchase to populate that player to the roster
